The Gables Hotel is a beautiful turn of the century, grade two listed building, situated in the heart of Gretna. From the moment you arrive at Gretna`s only Four Star Hotel, a warm welcome is assured by our friendly staff. Let our award winning Head Chef tempt you with his traditional Scottish dishes with a modern twist, making imaginative use of fresh, local produce wherever possible. Cooking is his passion and our fare is truly excellent as many of our guests will affirm. Our Borders restaurant serves a truly wonderful a La Carte menu and for those looking for a less formal setting Saddlers bar offers traditional home cooked favourites. A 25.00 GBP deposit is required for each night of your stay. Children are charged at 15 GBP per night when sharing a room with their parents. The Gables is located less than a mile from the a74(m). Travelling north leave the a74(m), signposted Gretna/Gretna Green. At the roundabout take the b721 Annan Road. The hotel is approximately quarter of a mile along the Annan Road, on the right hand side after the traffic lights. From the South leave the A74(M), signposted Gretna. Turn left then at T-Junction turn left. At roundabout take the B721 Annan Road. The hotel is approximately quarter of a mile along the road on the right hand side, after the traffic lights.
