If you are seeking a break on the beautiful, cosmopolitan beach of Vrachos - Loutsa in Preveza, you will find this complex ideal for your stay. Open from the start of May to the end of September, you will be accommodated with all modern comforts, 10 metres from the beach, with a pristine view of the crystal-clear, blue-green waters of the sea. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants in the area.

The complex consists of 2 buildings with rooms for singles and couples, as well as apartments for families of 4. As our guests, you can make use of parasols, sun beds, showers and beach volleyball facilities on the beach free of charge.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

The sandy beaches of Preveza Prefecture are considered to be amongst the best beaches in Greece. The total length of Preveza Beach is 60 km. Some areas are rocky, but most are sandy. On some of the beaches, there are forests that reach the sea.

One of the most well-known beaches of the area is Vrachos Beach. It is a cosmopolitan area with many shops, clubs and hotels. This beach is about 30 km away from the town of Preveza (you can get there using the National Road from Preveza to Igoumenitsa).
