A 650-kilometre network of hiking trails and bicycle paths crosses the park. Traditionally known as the fish world, Labus hosts many varieties of freshwater fish. The Großer Labussee lake is approximately 3 km² in size and boasts a maximum depth of 13 metres. With its excellent water quality, shallow banks and average depth of 2.5 metres, this lake is ideal for bathing.
