Mosella-Tanzburg **This is not only a family-run hotel, but also a popular party location, situated centrally in the pretty village of Kobern-Gondorf, between the River Moselle and picturesque vineyard covered hills. The attractive, half-timbered Hotel Mosella-Tanzburg (Moselle Dance Castle) offers romantic rooms finished in a country-house style. Get your day off to a good start with the Mosella-Tanzburg’s hearty breakfast buffet. In the evening, the hotel offers a wide range of culinary delights, including festive gala menus of 3 to 4 courses. The towns of Kobern and Gondorf have been joined and now form this historical old town. Visit the lovely market place, which is only 30 metres from the hotel, and the oldest half-timbered house of Germany. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings boasting castles, monuments and royal palaces worth explore. The A48 and A61 motorways are 5.5 km and 7 km from the hotel respectively. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Kobern-Gondorf is a small, romantic town, beautifully located between picturesque vineyards and the Moselle. Go on lovely long walks on extended hiking paths or book a horse-drawn carriage ride to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Take part in a wine tasting at one of the largest wineries in the region to make the most of the Moselle valley. Not far from the hotel you will find a marina, tennis courts, mini golf, horse stables and an outdoor swimming pool. In direct proximity of the hotel you will discover Eltz castle, which is partially still lived in, the Pyrmont castle ruins and the Schloss Liebig manor house.
