This is a 4-room house 105 m2. It is located outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Siegsdorf. It is part of an extensive holiday complex comprises 300 wooden houses with a football and basketball court, a small ski lift, ski practice slopes, ski-, cross country- and snowboarding schools.

It has a living/dining room 50m2 with satellite-TV and radio. It exits to the balcony. Its kitchenette is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric coffee machine.

Balcony furniture and barbeque facilities are provided.

For shared use there is a tennis, with extra charge. In the complex there is a reception and central parking spaces.

Shop, supermarket, restaurant and café are in 5 km, railway station "Siegsdorf" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Ski lift 2.5 km.

Please note that a car is essential.
