The living/dining room includes 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. There is 1 small double bedroom with 2 beds. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, and an electric coffee machine.

In the complex there is ski storage, central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). The terrace with small lawn area is not separated from the neighbouring terrace.

A shop, grocers, supermarket and a restaurant are all within 2 km, a bus stop is 500 m away , the railway station "Triberg" is 4 km, an outdoor and an indoor swimming pools are at 6 km, thermal baths are at 30 km.
