The City Hotel is situated in the Oberstein district, just 100 metres from the pedestrianised area. From here you can reach the market place, the Felsenkirche church and many gemstone and jewellery shops within 5 minutes on foot.

The hotel is just 150 metres from the railway station, where you will find bus routes taking you to all districts of the city.

Do not pass up the opportunity to sample Idar-Oberstein`s traditional local dish, which is served in numerous restaurants in the area: spit-roast on an open fire with radish salad.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

The hotel is situated on the "Naheradwanderweg" cycle route, just 200 metres from the railway station, so you can continue your tour by train. Bicycles can be stored in our secure cycle shed.
