The three-room apartment is on 1st floor and is well furnished.
Living/dining room is with one double sofa bed, dining table and cable-TV. First bedroom has capacity for two persons. Second has double sofa bed. In the kitchen you will find 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine with dining table and radio. Bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separated.
Facilities: washing machine and hair dryer.

Grocers, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop are in the close distance to the property, underground station "U3 Kardinal Nagel Platz" is 700 meters away. The public parking space is not far away from the apartment.
