In the 1 km from the centre of Ulmen situated village part Furth lies the spacious 12-pers. holiday house Am Uessbach. There is a private football pit available for the children and the communal playing area is at only 30 metres from the house.

Of course, there are garden furniture and a barbeque at your disposal in the spacious garden. From the, situated on the first floor house, you have view at the rolling landscape of the Eifel.

The house itself contains of a 50 m large living room where a large dining table for 12-pers. is ready, in order to be able to dine with the entire party. The little children can claim their own domain in the sleeping area under the roof where there is a separated sleeping accommodation for 3-pers.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
