The village is located in the middle of the well known Vulcan-Eifel and lies within a short distance of the Vulcan Lake in Ulm (6 km.). Daun (6 km.). and Cochem (30 km.) where you can find a number of lovely restaurants. shops and outdoor cafes. You are only a dozen km away from the famous car race circuit the Nürburgring that happily welcomes the Formula 1 circus every year.
