This holiday home in the Eifel. 100m from the centre of Neidenbach, will enable you to have a holiday on a farm.

The 80m² holiday home is on the first floor and has its own entrance which is reached by stairs. It contains a living room, kitchen diner, bedroom and bathroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor.

There is a stube with an old stove and bread oven on the ground floor. You can enjoy the enclosed garden with play equipment.

There are cows. cats. chickens and ponies on the farm. The children will be allowed to help the farmer during their stay. There are pedal tractors.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 60 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Guests are required to rent bed linen for 6,50 EUR p.p/stay. Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price (when you rent a linen package).

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet1 with you for an additional cost of 3 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival
