Hotel Carpati **Hotel Carpati is a small, family-owned place in the centre of Gura Humorului, in the Bucovina region, on the northern slopes of the north-eastern Carpathians. The Carpati hotel can be found in a quiet residential street, just an 8-minute walk from the main train station. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel free of charge. It takes you 30 minutes by car to get to Suceava, the former Moldavian capital where you can visit the ruins of the local fortress. The UNESCO-protected painted monasteries from the 15th and 16th centuries are a 10-minute drive away and it takes you 20 to 25 minutes to get to the Cacica salt mine. You can park your car for free on site. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
