The menu uses only the finest, freshest, locally sourced seasonal produce. The lobster comes from Trearddur Bay itself, from a boat based just a few hundred yards away. Mussels come from the nearby Menai Strait, which separates the island of Anglesey from the mainland of Wales.

The Seacroft prides itself on only using the best locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Some of the best, award-winning food producers that the UK has to offer are within half an hour of the inn.
