Media City Apartments by City Centre Chic ****Media City Apartments is part of a fantastic new development towering over Erie Basin in the picturesque waterside location of Salford Quays. The luxury, serviced waterside apartments are designed and built to a very high specification. They offer spacious, open-plan living with a large lounge, a dining and kitchen area, stylish furnishings and modern amenities including free Wi-Fi broadband. There is a secure internal car parking space. The apartments are conveniently located in a residential development close to Manchester city centre and some of the North-West??™s greatest tourist attractions. The Metrolink tram service operates from right outside the door at Anchorage Quay and provides routes throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. Payment Information: All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1.5% handling fee over and above the published rate. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the booking stage shortly after your stay. By Train Piccadilly and Victoria train stations are the main rail links within Manchester city centre. By Air Manchester International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Salford Quays is a fantastic waterside district on the outskirts of Manchester, only a 5-minute drive from the heart of the city. Known as `The Docklands of the North`, this newly developed area has plenty to offer including some of the greatest tourist attractions in the North West including Manchester United Football Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, The Lowry Theatre & Art Gallery and The Imperial War Museum. The Quays are situated only 2 minutes from junction 3 of the M602 motorway, 10 minutes from Piccadilly Station and 15 minutes from Manchester International Airport. The thriving business district of Trafford Park is close by and the Quays play host to Media City, the new home of the BBC from 2009 onwards.
