Just 50 metres from the Blue-Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, Chelsea House is located on Emslie Road, one of Falmouth’s best-kept secrets with beautiful Edwardian houses lining a quiet, peaceful road.

Chelsea House has been extensively renovated and upgraded to a high standard, and now offers comfortable accommodation and a warm welcome. It has also been voted `Best Guest House` by the Lonely Planet Guide.

The guest house has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Swanpool Beach and Nature Reserve and only 5 to 7 minutes’ walk from Falmouth’s town centre and all of its many bars, shops and cafes.

Chelsea House is open all year round and a full English breakfast is included in the room rates. Vegetarians are also catered for.

There is also a beautiful garden, in which you can relax with a glass of wine, whilst listening to the bands in the Princess Pavilions.

Full English breakfast is served in the morning, and vegetarian options are available on request. Most diets can be catered for.
