Set in a fully wheelchair accessible Grade II listed Georgian mansion, Llancayo House is within the peaceful Usk Valley. An orchard and a 5-acre paddock feature in the grounds and an LCD TV and a DVD player are in each room.

With beautiful countryside views, each room also has an iPod dock, a fridge, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, still and sparkling water and biscuits. A selection of toiletries is included in each private bathroom. Some rooms at Llancayo House are wheelchair accessible and have emergency pull cords.

Local pubs, cafes and restaurants are 5 minutes` drive away in the quaint town of Usk. Fishing is possible less than a 10-minute walk away on the River Usk. Alice Springs Golf Club is 1 mile away.

In the mornings, a self-serve continental breakfast buffet is provided in the Llancayo`s dining room. This includes cereals, croissants, and fresh fruit, along with preserves and tea and coffee.

The reception room has a portable induction loop, if you have a hearing aid, please set your earpiece to `T` on arrival.

There are a limited number of dog-friendly rooms. Dogs are welcome at a charge of GBP 5 per night, subject to availability. However, guests are required to bring their own dog baskets/bedding.

With prior request, the superior rooms can accommodate additional zed-beds, along with extra bedding. This costs GBP 10 per bed, per night.

All guests are asked to provide their estimated time of arrival. Guests arriving before 15:00 without at least 24 hours prior notice of early check-in will incur a GBP20 charge or will be requested to return later. Guests arriving late must contact the property to receive instructions.

Please note that staff are not always present. The property operates a self-service key card system. Prior to arrival, guests will be contacted to confirm payment and provided with a numerical key code to provide access to the front gate. They will also receive the key code to access the key box outside the front door. Therefore, it is very important that guests provide valid email and/or mobile phone details when booking.
