Alternatively, if you`re just looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax, Kismet Villa is for you. Due to new regulations, smoking is no longer permitted within the building. Children no older than 2 year can stay for free. Dining room has superb view out over Loch Linnhe and mountains. With seating for up to 8 at our breakfast table, breakfast has a warm and intimate feel. Breakfast is complementary. There is a choice of 3 options. 1. Cooked Breakfast Served at 8am sharp 2. Continental Buffet Breakfast 8-9am 3. Packed Breakfast for those who need to leave early. (please let us know in advance if you need this) Reservations must be cancelled 31 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day bookings are not accepted. All reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit to the value of the 1st night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Children of all ages are welcome at our family home. Most pets are welcome (please telephone first). If arriving in Fort William from the south. When you reach the first Roundabout, turn right onto Lundavra road. Then take 3rd left onto Argyll road, then take first right onto Heathercroft. Half way up the steep hill, turn right onto unnamed cul de sac, and Kismet Villa is at the far end. If arriving by train/bus, it is possible to walk here in around 15 mins, though, if you have luggage and/or the weather is less than perfect, we reccommend taking a short Taxi ride (approx. 3GBP), once checked in, we will then be happy to give directions for you to explore the area on foot.
