The Kings Arms Inn ***

Kings Arms Inn is a charming Country House from the golden Ham stone quarried locally. We are at the bottom of a steep hill in the heart of the historic village of Montacute, just 7 miles from Yeovil.

The relaxed Country House style bar offers traditional cask-conditioned ales, alongside an extensive choice of fine wines, with specials from the Petite Chateaux range featuring every month. Excellent seasonal home- cooked English cuisine can be enjoyed in either the Cottage Restaurant or the Abbey Room, from bar snacks to romantic candlelit a La Carte dining, followed by relaxation on the deep sofas by the log fire in the Abbey lounge. From the East: m3 Exit Junction 8 onto a303. Follow the signs for a303 (approx. 75 miles). Take a3088 (1st exit on roundabout). Turn right after 1.1 miles. After 0.4 miles turn left to enter the Montacute Road. After 0.4 miles you will find the Kings Arms on the right hand side. Enter the car park alongside the Inn. From the North & West: M5 Exit Junction 25. After 400 yds take the first exit on the roundabout (the A358). After 8.7 miles take the first exit on the roundabout (the A303). After 6.4 miles take the second exit on the roundabout (on the A303). After 3.3 miles take the second exit on the roundabout (the A3088). Turn right after 1.2 miles. After 0.4 miles turn left to enter the Montacute Road. After 0.4 miles you will find the Kings Arms on the right hand side. Enter the car park alongside the Inn.
