Pela Maria Hotel ***This hotel is located in one of Crete??™s most popular holiday destinations, just 40 metres from a sandy beach and 26 km from Heraklion airport and the island??™s capital. The surrounding area offers the ideal combination of crystal clear waters, sea, sun and relaxation. The beach is extremely nearby, but the hotel includes an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a restaurant, bar and a games room. This family-run hotel features a harmonious and pleasant environment, undoubtedly created due to its long experience in providing hospitality services, focusing on every single aspect of the guests` accommodation experiences, which defines the hotel??™s principles. The hotel is built in the modern Cretan style, housing neatly decorated, comfortable and contemporary accommodation containing a light interior, functional furnishings and a balcony with stunning views of the sea. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One further child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One further older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per 30 minutes. Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate. Full board is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
