Yialos Studios are located at the island of Agistri which is very close to Athens.
Our studios are situated on a quiet, green place, with a view at the pine-tree mountain and the sea.
The sandy beach, the port and the center of Skala village is 100 meters away.

Children up to 3 years old can be accommodated free of charge.

You can cancel free of charge, at least 24 hours before the date of arrival. For cancellations later than 24 hours and for `no-show`, you will be charged with 2 nights` stay.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The studios are ideal for those who wish to self cater for all or part of their holiday. The rooms are simply decorated with stunning views across the sea to Aegina and beyond or with view of the famous pine clad hills of Agistri.

Yialos Studios has its own private beach situated next to its taverna where free sunbeds are available for its guests. The menu reflects local recipes and more familiar fare to meet the culinary demands of all, from children to adults. Its setting by the sea makes it convenient for through the day refreshments while basking in the sun and, at night, a spectacle of light from the stars above to the twinkling lights of the islands opposite.
