Galini Apartments [Апартаменты]We are a small family resort with 8 furnitured appartments (for a maximum of 5 people) in Agios Nikolaos Crete, near the see, air-condition, safe, fully occupied kitchen and own Balkons with wonderfull sea view. One can cost `mezedes` and the other healthy cretan specialities, try the native olive oil, wine, or the frish vegetables. We collected for you all frequent questions and we answerd them into a document with other useful informations, so that you acclimatize yourselves problem-free in the cretan live. Among other informations you find some recommendations for cretan products, shopping possibilities, restaurant tip, and much more. You will get this document together with your reservation documents, the car and/or bus waydescription We will also give you the current dates for traditionally cretan celebrations and festivals, and other typically cretan meetings. Please you do not hesitate to express your questions or your special desires. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Agios Nikolaos , the capital of the prefecture of Lassithi, is a picturesque and popular resort town on the bay of Mirabelo with a harbour area pulsating with activity,restaurants and cafes providing a cosmopolitan atmosphere, though the town itself has maintained its traditional style. Agios Nikolaos is easily reached from Iraklio (65km) from Sitia (70km), and from Ierapetra (36km). You can fly to the airoport of Iraklio (HERaklion) from all over the world. Alternatively you can take the ship from Athens, Rhodes, or other islands to come direct to Agios Nikolaos, or to Heraklio. Crete, the largest island of Greece lies between three continents. About 100m away from our Apartments you can reach the next beach for swimming. The next organized sandy beach assigned with the European blue flag is the Chavania beach, 200m from the Apartments. Various possibilities of markets, the bars and the taverns can be found in distance roughly 200m-300m. Attitude of bus with the frequent itineraries to Saint Nikolaos and the Elounta, as well as a telephone box they are found precisely in front of the apartments. There is a private parking for your rented cars. Children??™s playgrounds, boating, biking, hiking trails, a wide choice of water sports like scuba diving water skiing e.tc, tennis courts, mini golf, sightseeing tours, jogging track and fishing are some of the recreational accommodations you can find in Agios Nikolaos.
