Svarava Resort **The Svarava Resort is housed in a historical hunting castle, which is part of the 80-hectare Svarava estate , a nature reserve incorporating the Duny u Sváravy or Dunes of Svárava. Here you can enjoy peace and calm and spot some rare native animals like herds of fallow deer and moufflons, wild boars, martens, foxes, lizards, grass snakes, owls, pheasants, quails, golden orioles, the hoopoe and a wide variety of birds of prey. The Svarava Resort does not only offer you peace, quietness and nature, but also a lot of active leisure possibilities on or close to our estate, like horse riding both individually and under supervision, on our own estate and in the surrounding areas. There is a bar/bistro serving some tasty drinks and snacks. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.25 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. From the cultural point of view you are in the centre of a very interesting area with a lot of historical cities and villages that you can easily reach from Svarava Resort. 14 km away you will find the city of Kolin with pleasant shopping possibilities and beautiful historical buildings. The medieval city of Kutná Hora is situated about 28 km from the resort, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The breathtaking city, which almost totally consists of historical buildings, is mainly known for its past silver mining. Nowadays it is a Garden of Eden for collectors of gemstones and fossils. Last but certainly not least we would like to mention the capital Prague - it only takes you a 70-km drive to get there, but it is also very easily, relaxed and inexpensively reachable by train.
