B&B Apartment House [Апартаменты]This inviting, reasonably priced apartment house offers nicely furnished one- and 2-bedroom apartments in the central Zizkov district with its many restaurants and bars. All of the apartments on the ground floor, the first, second and third floor feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooker, a cupboard with kitchenware and a dinette. Rooms on the fourth floor have a common kitchen. Additionally each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A grocery store and a supermarket are close by and the city centre with its impressive monuments and buildings is easily reachable by public transport from B&B Apartment House. Breakfast: buffet is available in the "VinCafé Mia" on the ground floor of the Apartment house ( entrance on Chlumova Street ). Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. It is necessary to order it from the Café one day in advance. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.00 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. From the main train station (Hlavni nadrazi) by public transport : - Trams 5, 9 or 26 for just 2 stops to the Lipanska stop - As soon as you get off the tram you will see the house just across the street opposite from the tram stop. - Around the corner, left of the main door, there is the bar where you can pick up the keys to your apartment. From the Holesovice train station by public transport : - Tram 5 for 12 stops and get off at the Lipanska stop. - Proceed as indicated above. The journey will take about 20 minutes. From the airport by public transport: - Bus 119 to the line A metro stop Dejvicka - Take the metro for 8 stops to "Flora". - Go up and take the second exit on the left for "Tram/Namesti Miru/Nusle/ Karlovo Namesti/Motol/Repy" and you will arrive right at the tram stop - Take tram no. 5 and go 2 stops to "Lipanska". Our house is about 50 metres further on the right hand side. There is also an airport shuttle bus. Our Apartment-house is located in the City centre, all major sights are close by. The house is located in the eastern side of the City. Seifertova Street is the main street passing through this district called Zizkov. It is an old district with special atmosphere. There are many nice and historical buildings and most of them are already reconstructed after our Velvet revolution in 1989. All around our house you can find plenty of nice restaurants, cafes etc. Here you also have the opportunity to visit a typical czech pub where the most common dishes are served for very reasonable prices. These restaurants are not made for tourists so you can really join the everyday life of our people. One of these restaurants is located just next to our house, 15 metres right from the main exit and is called "U hroznu". Количество номеров: 28 |
