This renovated, 19th century unit is 50 metres from the famed and historical Alcobaça Monastery. The Alcobaça centre is a 3-minute walk from the Casa Velha Apartment.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, private bathroom and an outdoor terrace. The units include a TV, free WiFi, bed linen and towels.

Guests of the Casa Velha are welcome to prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchen of their apartment. There is a comfortable dining area in the unit. Alternatively, the nearby Alcobaça centre has various restaurants for guests to choose from, most serving traditional Portuguese meals.

The building’s ground floor has a common area where guests can safely leave their belongings, such as bicycles, baby stroller, bags or other personal items.

Peniche is a 45-minute drive and features a boat connection with the sunny Berlengas Island. The medieval town of Óbidos, with its fortified walls, is a 25-minute drive from the apartment. Nazaré is a 15-minute drive and features renowned beaches, a lively seafront area and several quality fish and seafood restaurants. Lisbon International Airport is a 70-minute drive.
