If you are travelling from Berlin, exit the A9 motorway at the Schkeuditz motorway junction and continue on the A14 motorway for Dresden. Exit the A14 at Naunhof and continue in the direction of Leipzig / Großpösna. Turn left onto route S38 for Grimma.
