The cosy apartment block "Casa Setea" is located in the centre of Altea, in a central, elevated position. It is a 1-room apartment on the 3rd floor. There is a small terrace with terrace furniture and there is a panoramic view of the sea and the resort.

The living/dining room includes 1 sofa bed, 1 french bed, digital TV (please note: TV only ES), air-conditioning and warm air heating.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and an electric coffee machine.

In the house there is a washing machine and a dryer, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, linen change (suppl. charge extra), towel change (suppl. charge extra) and room cleaning (extra).

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
