The "Ferienwohnung" offers a 3-room apartment on the ground floor with cosy furnishings. Located on a south facing position, it offers a nice distant view of the mountains.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed and 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The living room includes a TV and electric heater. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and with dining table.

There is a small balcony with terrace furniture. In the house there are facilities such as Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], extra), ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room. Communal covered parking. Parking place or garage only for small – middle size car. For shared use there are the grounds, lawn sunning area.

Located in Pontresina, 7 km from St. Moritz the small apartment house "Chesa Corvatsch" is in the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, located by a road.

A shop, grocers and supermarket are 200 m away, a restaurant is at 100 m, a bus stop at 250 m, the railway station "Pontresina" is 1.2 km, an indoor swimming pool is just 400 m. A ski lift, ski school are at 100 m, toboggan-run 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km, ice rink 1 km.
