These include outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Two new 4-person villa variants were completed in late June 2013 at Narvik Home Parc Zutendaal. Villa is fully furnished in a luxurious, modern style that has everything, including a kitchen island, plenty of windows, heated floors, box spring beds in the bedrooms, each of which has its own en suite bathroom, and a spacious terrace with garden furniture. Always dreamed of having your own spa in your holiday villa? Now you can. How about a 4-person jacuzzi, a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna and a steam bath? This villa has it all! French doors lead from the wellness room to the terrace, where you will find garden furniture and two reclining lounge chairs. The living room has a (cable) TV and open plan kitchen with: microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. O nthe first floor are two bedrooms each with 2x double bed and own bathroom. As the park is so near the Dutch border, Maastricht and Valkenburg are just a stones throw away. A visit to the town of Hasselt in Belgium is definitely worthwhile. A wide variety of events are organized all year round in the nearby vicinity. And charming Belgian Limburg is waiting for you. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Bed linen is required to rent for an additional cost of 6.95 EUR p.p./change. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 4 EUR p.p./change. - Kitchen linen are available for additional cost of 4 EUR/stay. - Please note that the park cost fee of 1.75 EUR/p.p./night - Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
