The house has several advantages, such as large bright rooms, three independent bedrooms which will comfortably host up to 6 people as well as a terrace and garden with a beautiful panoramic view on the hilly countryside. The house is adjacent to the caretaker`s house, the garden is shared between the two properties. You can still enjoy a good level of privacy since part of the garden is reserved for you. Many activities await you in the surroundings: several hiking and biking trails, kayaking and swimming in the Ourthe, discovering the cities of Durbuy and Marche-en-Famenne, skiing and many others! Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - A final cleaning is included in the price. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests should bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.90 EUR/litre is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the water fee of 2.50 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate.
