T The accommodation offers a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and five bedrooms. The house accommodates twelve people. The accommodation has access to a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and play area. The region invites long walks or cycling trips. In winter you can langlauf and ski in Baraque de Fraiture (16km). The many attractions of the region will surprise you. First the village Ny, the caves of Hotton, also called `Caves of 1001 nights` with its stalactites. In the village Wéris you will find `The Stonehenge` of the Ardennes. In the surrounding forests you will discover many dolmen and rocks of mysterious origin. Finally, the smallest city in the world, Durbuy, is definitely also worth a visit! Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/litre is not included in the room rate. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR/pet/night.
