Cote Cour [Апартаменты]Côté Cour is a holiday home located in Grandhan at a few kilometres of Durbuy. The building consists of 2 apartments and has views of the Ourthe valley. The accommodation offers a living room with double sofa bed, an open kitchen, a dining room, two separate WC`s, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The house accommodates ten people. The accommodation has access to a garden with patio, barbecue and garden furniture. Durbuy is the smallest city in the world located on the banks of the Ourthe and at the feet of the Ardennes. Of course there are plenty of walking opportunities, go kayaking on the Ourthe, go on a mountain biking trip or explore the forest on horseback. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed linen (7 EUR/person/stay) and bath towels (3 EUR/person/change) are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/litre is not included in the room rate. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR/night.
