Luxette [Апартаменты]Luxette is a villa located near La Roche en Ardennes, Houffalize and Baraque Fraiture. The accommodation offers a living room, an open kitchen, a separate WC, two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The house accommodates 9 people. The accommodation has access to a garden with patio, swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture. During the summer, you can fully enjoy the private pool of villa (open from mid-May to mid-September) and its big garden. But you can also go for a walk in the countryside, or enjoy some kayaking moment on the Ourthe river, or enjoy a nice relaxing moment in a typical belgian "brasserie"! During the winter, skiing is definitely a must! The slopes and tracks of the Baraque Fraiture are only 12 kilometers away. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the water fee of 5 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the environment fee of 7 EUR/stay is not included in the room rate.
