Maison Aremberg [Апартаменты]Maison Aremberg is a spacious 180 m2 holiday home for nine guests located in Gimnée. With internet access, central heating and a wood stove in one of salons. A baby equipment necessary for an infant is available. Guests can relax in the sitting room while watching TV and DVD. Eat cooked meals in the dining room, an equipped open plan kitchen is with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bedrooms are spread over the ground and first floors where you can retire after a day`s enjoyment. One of the two bathrooms is with whirlpool in addition to the shower and washbasin. Separate toilets are available. Outside on the patio you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere while having barbecue. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 1 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the water fee of 4 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the environment fee of 1 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
