Holiday home in Noiseux, located at 7 km of Durbuy, Marche and Barvaux and belongs to the municipality Somme-Leuze. The home has central heating, the living room has a fireplace and you can relax in the sauna. It offers five bedrooms for up to ten guests.

In the living room, you can watch TV and DVD. Eat your cooked meal in the dining area, there is a an equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bedroom on the ground has ensuite bathroom and two single beds. Four of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor of the house. A garage and storage room for washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

If you want to enjoy your time outside, you can have barbecue or play table tennis. There is a playground and a farm for children located nearby. Donkeys, goats, rabbits, chickens, sheep and ponies . Shops you need like bakery,supermarket and restaurants are within in the village.

Noiseux is a tourist village in the Ourthe valley. In summer you can use the specially created beach and the sunbathing lawn. You can also go canoeing from there.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen.
- Bed linen per packet is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate.
