This lovely renovated castle farm from the 19th century integrated with authentic elements into the contemporary finish during the renovation work resulted into this holiday home La Sellerie located about 6.0 km from the centre of Gembloux. The home is on two levels with three furnished bedrooms, internet access, parking and can accommodate up to five guests.

On the first floor of the home you find the bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom, a sitting room with TV, hearth and CD/DVD players, the dining area and the equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer and the unique Villeroy and Boch dinnerware. On the ground floor is the utility room for the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Surrounded by numerous meadows, a lovely outdoor arena and a covered paddock, this property will attract all horse lovers, horse stables can be rented per night in the property. The patio has garden furniture and barbecue facilities.

The location is only 20 minutes from the Brussels South/Charleroi airport, 16 km from Namur and only 50 km from Brussels, you can plan many exciting excursions.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 140 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 2.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen is included in the price( when you rent a linen package).

- Please note that the electricity fee of 2 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 6 EUR/night (May-Sep) and 8 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
