La Maison du Chasseur [Apartments]


This well equipped hunting-lodge (approx. 110 m2) is situated in a magnificent area that offers many possibilities like the nature reserve and the tourist towns of Malmdy and Monschau (D) on a 15 km distance.

The house has three bedrooms and is suitable for eight people. It has a living room and a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.
The garden offers barbeque facilities and a play area for the children.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that kitchen linen is not available.

- Please note that bed linen is required to rent for an additional fee of 9 EUR p.p./stay. Bath towels are included when you rent the linen package.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.45 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the gas fee of 4.00 EUR/per hour in function is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the water fee of 3 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the environment fee of 1.60 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 2 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
