Les Mesanges [Апартаменты]

"Les Mésanges" cottage is in a quiet village street in Thirimont which is 3 km from Waimes and 8 km to the east of Malmédy.

It is a well maintained cottage, adjoining the owners property, but with a private entrance. The layout of the cottage is modern. There is a large garden (800 m²) with garden furniture and a barbecue, swings and a sand pit for children.

The Amblève Valley is 800 m away and Hauts-Sart wood with a "health" course is 500 m from the cottage.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not available.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 4 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 5 EUR/night (May-Oct) and 7 EUR/night (Nov-Apr) is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the water fee of 3 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the environment fee of 1 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.
