At only 4 km from Aubel, 25 km from Maastricht and Aachen, 30 km from Liege and only 2 km from Val Dieux with its famous abbey and brewery, you`ll find holiday home Au fil des saisons. The private property of about 2500m ² is situated in a calm area, and right from the spacious terrace you have a nice view over the rolling countryside typical of this region "Land of Herve". It offers wireless internet access and nine bedrooms for up to twenty-two guests.

The home has well-equipped kitchen areas which include a dishwasher. Both the living rooms have TV and one has hearth and DVD player. You can find several bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet. In the basement there is a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

You have a private heated swimming pool of 12 by 6 meters which is located in the pool house that also has a cozy bar on the mezzanine and fitness equipment.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 1250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen.
- Required to rent bed linen, 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 1 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that water fee of 17 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the environment fee of 1.50 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.
