La Petite Ecole [Apartments]

This comfortable and charming holiday home on a hill is only a stone`s throw away from the Dutch border, located 200 m from the square of the picturesque Belgian village of Sippenaeken. La Petite Ecole owes its name to its former use. In its previous incarnation, the building was used as a small village schoolhouse. It offers seven bedrooms and accommodates up to eighteen guests.

The living room on the ground floor comes with a TV, CD and DVD players. A dining room and a an equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and freezer. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet are also on the ground floor. More of the sleeping rooms are spread over the top floors of the home. There is central heating, a patio with garden furniture and parking.

In the direct vicinity there are two golf courses, a swimming pool, a playground and many cycling and walking routes. From Sippenaeken you can be in Slenaken, Epen, Vaals, Valkenburg, Gulpen-Wittem or the Voer region in a few minutes. The surrounding area is characterized by the expansive walking and cycling paths, shady villages, winding country roads and many wide views.

In addition, the cities of Maastricht, Aachen and Liege are only a half hour`s drive away from the house.
