Linden Haus [Апартаменты]This holiday accommodation is nice for those who want to discover Bütgenbach and its surroundings, while staying in a quiet village. It is located in the heart of the East Cantons, in the German-speaking part of the Ardennes. Guests will have at their disposal the entire ground floor of the house, which is completely private, the entrance as well, a 50sqm terrace and a nice garden on the side of the property. The owner lives on the top floor of the house. There is school and a children playground in front of the house, the playground can be used by guest`s children. There are many hiking opportunities in the area, either on foot, especially in the High Fens, cycling or cross-country skiing. The Lake of Bütgenbach is nice for summer swimming and water sports. The architecture of the house recalls the German influences. The border with Germany is not very far. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. -Bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price when you rent a linen package. -Please note that the electricity fee of 5 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
