The open lounge with panoramic window with dining table and bar and an exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave. The upper floor has three rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed. Bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet. You will have a panoramic view of the countryside.Reserved parking (4 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. For the private use: garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, garden furniture, barbecue, children`s playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. There are also available bicycles (4), children`s bicycles (3). The nearest shop is situated 9 km. away from the property, restaurant 5 km., bar 9 km., bakers 300 m., café 9 km., railway station "Dinant" 19 km. Walking paths from the house are only 200 metres away. Nearby attractions: Grottes La Merveilleuse - Dinant 15 km., Citadel de Dinant 15 km., Chateau de La Roche-en-Ardennes 35 km., Grottes du Pont d´Arcole - Hastière 9 km., Canoë/kayak - Lesse 9 km., Château de Vesves 9 km. There´s a large, sunny conservatory with views over the garden and the countryside. Please call the key holder 3 days before your stay to arrange your time of arrival.
