Located in the imperial palace and first built in the 1930??™s, Jade Garden Hotel is recognised as a rare and classic commercial hotel amongst the others.

After 1946, when the CPC and Kuomintang came to the agreement to stop fighting, it was served as the office and residence for the organisation of CPC and at one time, there were many important leaders working and living here. Some precious documents and historical pictures of that time have been conserved even today.

French or Italian food are available to you, 24 hours a day, and an American buffet breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00. The Sunshine Coffee Shop is also open to you.

In 1995, it was ranked to the municipal antiquities protection corporation by the Beijing Municipal Government. In 1998, Jade Garden Hotel was rebuilt in the old position, according to its initial appearance. It was then formally opened to the public. From January to June 2006, Jade Garden Hotel was fully-decorated and finally set up in September.
