Landgoed Nieuwhuis Denekamp is a 8-room villa of 620 m2, renovated in 2009. The accommodation is located 3 km from the centre of Denekamp and 25 km from Enschede.

The accommodation offers an entrance hall with separate WC, a living room with open fireplace and satellite-TV, a kitchen with dining table and satellite-TV, four bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The villa accommodates eighteen people. A hammam-shower and sauna are available in the villa.

The accommodation has access to a terrace, with terrace furniture and barbecue. The natural garden of 3 ha with swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.05.-30.09.) is private.
