This is a two bedrooms apartment of 70 m2, on the ground floor, surrounded by trees. Is part of a resort, 3 km from the center of De Haan, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road.

The house has a digital TV, stereo unit, DVD and heater, there is an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine with dining table, the terrace has also furniture, electric portable barbecue and as facilities there is an iron, cot for up to 2 year old.

For shared use with the complex is the garden (not fenced), tennis, basketball, boules and central parking spaces.

In the area there are shops 300 m, supermarkets 3 km, restaurants 350 m, tram 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, riding stables 3 km.
