On the ground floor you can enjoy the hearth, watch cable-TV, a DVD or listen to the stereo with CD-player in the living room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and floor heating. In the recreation room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna.

On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and floor heating. Two rooms with two single beds, one double bedroom with cable-TV and a stereo and one room with two single beds and cable-TV. Internet access is available, just as bicycles and a barbecue in the garden.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.
