This comfortable and charming property is situated on a farm in the Drenthe-Friese Wold, in the picturesque village of Old William.

The house has five bedrooms and is ideal for families, it has a veranda, a patio, a garden with furniture, a play area with bowling alley and table tennis, a table football and a trampoline.

You can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or use the bike (rent) to enjoy the area.

The area is ideal for hiking and cycling, there is the National Park Drents-Friese Wold and there is a beautiful and varied forest and moorland known for `Bald Dunes` or` The Aekingerzand.

Nearby is the village Diever (6km) known from the "Shakespeare`-performances. Other trips include to the indoor play Oranje and Emmen Zoo.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages and will be returned in maximum 14 days.

A final cleaning of 100Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory.
