Boskat - Landgoed Zelle **This Finnish chalet is situated in beautiful woodland surroundings in the Achterhoek. There is a 18 hole golf course on the estate which can be used at for a fee. The chalet has 2 bedrooms, with 2 single beds each one. In the living room there is a TV, a DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen has a combi-microwave. The bungalow has central heating and internet access. There is a garden with furniture. The city centre is at 10km distance, the forest is 100 m away and you can find general supplies, public transport, restaurants and a tourist information office within 5.0km. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - A final cleaning fee of 45 EUR is not included in the price. - Please note that bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
