This holiday home is situated in a farmh on the pleasant village of Cham. The home has the feel of a cozy cottage with thatched roof, inside it is modern and luxurious. The holiday home is ideal for rest in the nature.

There is one bedroom with a 1 person folding bed, on thne first floor there is a loft with 1 double bed or 2 single beds. The living room is equiped with WiFi internet access, a TV (digital), a DVD player, a stereo and a double sofa bed. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator.

The house has a huge garden where you can sunbathe in the summer or during the warm evenings make a Barbeque and cozy drink.

Horses are permitted on request as the house features its own horse stables. The natural surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for horse riding. You can enjoy the nature and scope of rural life but with all the conveniences of the city nearby.

The area has a rich history, forests and heathland. You can wander through the vast forests. Baarle Nassau is a very nice border town with many attractions. The largest city is near Breda. Discover this town during a boat trip on the canals of the city.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet with you for an additional cost of 7,50 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
