This villa, finished in 2012, can be found on the island Texel.

The 200m² accommodation contains a living room with panoramic view through the fully glazed facade and a well equipped open plan kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor offers two bedrooms with bathrooms. The basement contains two more bedrooms with bedrooms.

There is a lift present from the ground floor to the basement. The house also has a garden with slopes and levels and there is garden furniture and a BBQ.

The beach is 1km from the house.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets with you for an additional cost of 35 EUR/pet/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
