Nynfea ****The exclusive villa is 200 meters from the sea in the protected area of Senegal. It is in a quiet area but near the shopping street, there is also a garden where you can enjoy barbeque with a nice glass of wine and a recreation room with a bar and TV. Internet access is available. The accommodation has 3 levels and is suitable for 16 people, it has 8 bedrooms (4 of which have individual bathrooms), a separate bathroom , a living/dining room and a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A patio and a garden with garden furniture and BBQ and a play area with sandpit are also accessible. The beach is about 200 m away, you can see the walks of the beach the villa and the promenade as well. By bike it is nice to enjoy Koksijde and its surroundings such as a visit to De Panne and Nieuwpoort. But when you go to the interior, you can also enjoy the cultural richness of the Westhoek, it is characterized by the remnants of the 1st World War. Other cities to visit are Diksmuide, Ypres and Poperinge. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. (The deposit needs to be paid to the account of the home owner, 1 week prior to your arrival. The home owner will contact you for this.) - A final cleaning is included in the price. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (especially kitchen linen). - Bed linen for rent, 7.50 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels for rent, 3 EUR p.p./stay. - Please note that the electricity fee of 3.60 EUR/kWh is not included in the price and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.92 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the water fee of 3.90 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the environment fee of 1.50 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.
